The Grand Canopy
Sometimes you just want all your people together under one tent! Our canopy can accommodate 3-50 campers (or more!). Great for large or small parties, our handmade frames and luminous organza can be configured in a variety of ways to fit your space. The Giant Canopy does require 9’ ceilings (or higher).

The Canopy Frame
Our handcrafted giant canopy requires 9’ ceilings or higher and is draped in luminous organza. We can accommodate an unlimited number of mattresses!
Cozy Bed & Linens
10-inch premium twin air mattress fully protected in a waterproof, allergen-blocking mattress cover. Beds are topped with freshly-laundered fitted sheet and fleece blanket.
Individual Trays
Individual bed trays hold sleep masks and mini-lanterns for every camper. These are perfect for eating dinner, snacks and breakfast in bed!
Themed Decor
From a plush “campfire” to lanterns centered on a themed rug, we always bring something special with us to set the mood.

Additional tents may be added for $50 each. Delivery fee applies. If we are booked, we offer DIY Party Kits with a 15% discount on above pricing.

Add-Ons
Balloon Garland (all tents)
Drape your tents in a garland of colorful 10” balloons for a showstopping presentation. $40 per tent with colors custom-matched to your theme.
Balloon Garland (single tent)
The guest of honor gets a showstopping garland with balloons in three sizes (5”, 10” & 18”). $55 with colors custom-matched to your theme.
Balloon Toppers (all tents)
Each tent gets a bouquet of eight 10” balloons with colors custom-matched to your theme. (Can be single colors or mixed.) $10/tent.
Balloon Number
The perfect party centerpiece and photo opp! 4’ foam board number stuffed with balloons in custom-matched colors. For rent only, must be returned in good condition. $65 per number.
Starry Night
Rent our projectors to give your campers a night under the stars. This is an awesome add-on if any campers are afraid of the dark! (Requires access to power.) $25
Picnics
Simple and sophisticated or bright and whimsical, add an indoor or outdoor picnic to your celebration! Coordinated to your theme, we provide decor, cushions and tableware. See above for pricing.
The Fine Print
Kansas sales tax will be applied to your total and a refundable $100 damage deposit will be added to all invoices
The damage deposit will be refunded to you within 24 hours of your party, if no damage is sustained. Additional damage beyond $100 will be the responsibility of the client
A 50% deposit secures your date and theme
Final payment is due 14 days before your event
We accept cash, check and Venmo (@kchappycampers)
We do not refund cancellations, but will gladly work with you to reschedule your date due to emergencies
Delivery is included within 20 miles of 66221. Anything above 20 miles (40 round-trip) will have $3 per mile added to the invoice.
All furniture must be moved out of the way before we arrive for setup. (For insurance reasons, we are not allowed to move your furniture.) Homes must be non-smoking homes, no exceptions.
Each tent requires a space of 85” depth and 45” width. See common tent configurations here to gauge your space.
Canopy sleepovers require 9’ ceilings or higher.
