Bell tents can coordinate with any of our 40+ themes. What’s included? Twin mattress and bedding, tray table, lantern, eye mask, rugs, battery-powered lights and all theme decor.

Bell tents require 22’ x 22’ of relatively flat grass or dirt space (no concrete, wood or other hard surface). Sprinklers must be off for 24-hours prior and all pet waste cleared prior to tent set-up.

Bell tent balloons are $175 (one side) or $350 (dual side) and include multi-size balloons in coordinating colors.

The Fine Print

  • Kansas sales tax will be applied to your total and a refundable $100 damage deposit will be added to all invoices

  • The damage deposit will be refunded to you within 48 hours of your party, if no damage is sustained. Additional damage beyond $100 will be the responsibility of the client

  • A 50% deposit secures your date and theme

  • Final payment is due 14 days before your event

  • We accept cash, check and Venmo (@kchappycampers)

  • We do not refund cancellations, but will gladly work with you to reschedule your date due to emergencies

  • Delivery is included within 20 miles of 66221. Anything above 20 miles (40 round-trip) will have $3 per mile added to the invoice.

  • All furniture must be moved out of the way before we arrive for setup. (For insurance reasons, we are not allowed to move your furniture.) Homes must be non-smoking homes, no exceptions.

  • Bell tents require a 22’x22’ flat, grassy space. No cement, decking or other hard surfaces.
